1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you and OnlyLocate, located at 941 S Cloverdale Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90036, United States (“OnlyLocate,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your access to and use of the onlylocate.co website and any related services (together, the “Site”).

By accessing or using the Site you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Site.

We may revise these Terms at any time. The updated version will be indicated by a revised “Last updated” date and takes effect as soon as it is posted. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

2. What OnlyLocate is

OnlyLocate is a map-based search and discovery tool for finding OnlyFans creators by location. We index the city, state, or country that creators have chosen to display on their public OnlyFans profiles, together with locations creators submit to us directly, and plot them on an interactive map. All location information shown on the Site is self-reported by creators and displayed at city level only — we never show, and do not hold, precise addresses or real-time whereabouts.

OnlyLocate is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OnlyFans or its operator, Fenix International Limited. “OnlyFans” is a trademark of its respective owner, and any reference to it on the Site is for identification purposes only. Subscribing to or interacting with a creator always happens on OnlyFans.com under OnlyFans’ own terms and at whatever price the creator sets; we are not a party to, and accept no responsibility for, any transaction or relationship between you and a creator or between you and OnlyFans.

3. Eligibility

The Site indexes and links to adult-oriented content and is intended strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to use the Site. By using the Site you represent that you meet this requirement.

The Site is operated from the United States. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Site is lawful in the place you access it from, and you must not use the Site where doing so would be contrary to applicable law.

4. Acceptable use

The Site exists to help you discover creators by area — nothing more. You may use it only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. In particular, you agree that you will not:

• use the Site, or any information obtained from it, to stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm any person, or to attempt to determine any person’s precise location, home address, or real-time whereabouts;
• use the Site to attempt to identify a person who has not publicly shared their identity, or to contact a creator outside the channels the creator has made public;
• systematically retrieve, scrape, harvest, or copy data or content from the Site to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, database, or directory without our prior written permission;
• use robots, scrapers, crawlers, offline readers, or other automated means to access the Site, or interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the Site or the networks and services connected to it;
• circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Site;
• submit false or misleading information to us, including submitting a profile or location for an OnlyFans account you do not own or control;
• impersonate any person, or falsely imply a relationship with us, with OnlyFans, or with any creator;
• decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any software comprising part of the Site, or copy or adapt the Site’s code;
• upload or transmit viruses or other malicious material, or any material that acts as a passive or active information collection or transmission mechanism;
• use the Site or its content as part of any effort to compete with us; or
• use the Site in any manner inconsistent with applicable laws or regulations.

We may investigate suspected violations and may restrict, suspend, or block access (including by IP address) for anyone who breaches this section, without notice or liability.

5. Creator listings, submissions, and removal

Listings on OnlyLocate are compiled from information creators have made public on their OnlyFans profiles — such as username, display name, profile photo, bio, and the city they have chosen to display — and from locations creators submit to us directly. All location information on the Site is self-declared: we display it exactly as creators have set it, and we never infer it, derive it from IP geolocation, or extract it from photo (EXIF) metadata or tracking of any kind.

If you submit your own profile to OnlyLocate, you represent that you own or control the OnlyFans account in question and that the location you provide is accurate. We may ask you to verify ownership before listing you, and we will display your location at city level only. We may accept, decline, edit for format, or remove any submission at our discretion.

If you are a creator and would like your listing corrected or removed, contact us at hello@onlylocate.co or via our contact page and we will action your request promptly. Our DMCA policy explains how to submit copyright takedown requests.

6. Accuracy of information

Creator locations are self-declared, city-level, and may be out of date, inaccurate, or incomplete. A pin on the map means only that a creator has stated an association with that general area — it is not confirmation that any person is, or ever was, physically present there, and it must not be relied on as such. We make reasonable efforts to keep the index current, but we make no representations, warranties, or guarantees, express or implied, that any content on the Site is accurate, complete, or up to date.

7. Paid promotion

Creators may pay for featured placement in search results, as described on our paid promotion page. Promotion affects only the prominence of a listing within areas the creator already appears in; it never changes the location data we show. Any paid promotion is subject to the separate terms agreed with the creator at the time of purchase.

8. Third-party sites and content

The Site contains links to websites operated by third parties, including OnlyFans.com and creators’ own pages. We have no control over, and are not responsible for, third-party websites, their content, or their availability, and linking to them does not imply our endorsement. Your use of any third-party website is at your own risk and subject to that website’s own terms and policies.

9. Our content and licence to you

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and its source code, databases, functionality, software, designs, text, and graphics (“Our Content”) are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Creator names, photographs, and profile content remain the property of their respective owners.

Provided you comply with these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. Except as expressly permitted, no part of the Site or Our Content may be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without our prior written permission.

10. Site management, changes, and availability

We reserve the right to change, modify, remove, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time, for any reason, without notice. We do not guarantee the Site will be available at all times or that it will be secure or free from bugs or viruses; you are responsible for your own device security. We have no liability for any loss or inconvenience caused by downtime or discontinuance of the Site.

11. Disclaimer

THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THE SITE AND YOUR USE OF IT, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES ABOUT THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THE SITE’S CONTENT OR THE CONTENT OF ANY WEBSITES LINKED TO THE SITE, AND WE ASSUME NO LIABILITY FOR ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN CONTENT, ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OUR SERVERS, ANY INTERRUPTION OF TRANSMISSION, OR ANY VIRUSES OR SIMILAR MATERIAL TRANSMITTED THROUGH THE SITE BY ANY THIRD PARTY.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT OR LOSS OF DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) US$100 OR (B) THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO US DURING THE SIX (6) MONTH PERIOD PRIOR TO THE CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of the rights of any third party — including any use of information obtained from the Site to harass, harm, or locate any person.

14. Termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use the Site. We may deny access to and use of the Site to any person, for any reason, at our sole discretion and without notice, including for any breach of these Terms or of applicable law. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 6, 9, and 11 through 15 — will survive.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms and your use of the Site are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing in this section deprives you of mandatory consumer protections available under the laws of the place where you live.

16. General

Visiting the Site and sending us emails constitute electronic communications, and you consent to receiving communications from us electronically. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and DMCA Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. We may assign our rights and obligations at any time. If any provision of these Terms is held unlawful or unenforceable, that provision is severable and the remaining provisions stay in full force. Nothing in these Terms creates any joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship between you and us.
