Privacy Policy
Last updated July 9, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information OnlyLocate (“OnlyLocate,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects when you use the onlylocate.co website (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices and rights you have. It covers both visitors who use the Site to search, and creators whose public profile information appears in our index. If you have any questions, contact us at hello@onlylocate.co.
The short version: browsing OnlyLocate is anonymous. There are no accounts, no sign-up, and no advertising or tracking cookies. We don’t sell personal information, creators are never notified of searches or profile views, and the only creator location we ever hold or display is the city-level location a creator has chosen to share.
1. Information we collect from visitors
No account information. The Site has no user accounts. You do not need to register, log in, or provide any personal information to search the map or view listings, and we do not collect your name, email address, or any profile of your searches tied to your identity.
Information you send us voluntarily. If you email us — for example with a question, a promotion enquiry, or a removal request — we receive your email address and whatever information you choose to include. We use it only to handle your request and correspondence.
Server logs. Like virtually every website, our servers and hosting providers automatically record standard technical logs when you visit — such as your IP address, browser type, device characteristics, the pages requested, and date/time stamps. We use these logs to operate the Site, maintain security, prevent abuse, and diagnose problems. They are not used to build profiles of individual visitors.
Approximate location, only to position the map.To centre the map on your area we may use your approximate, city-level location derived from your IP address. If you tap “Near me,” your browser will ask for permission before sharing your device’s location with the Site; if you grant it, the location is used in your browser to centre the map and is not stored on our servers or tied to your identity. You can decline or revoke this permission at any time in your browser or device settings, and the Site remains fully usable by typing a city instead.
Recent searches stay on your device.The Site saves your few most recent searches (locations and keywords) in your browser’s local storage so they can be suggested back to you. This data lives only on your device, is never transmitted to us, and is deleted when you clear your browser’s site data.
Cookies and analytics. We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking, or third-party ad networks. If we adopt privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics to understand overall usage of the Site, they will not be used to identify individual visitors.
2. Creator information we index
OnlyLocate lists creators using information they have made public on their OnlyFans profiles: username, display name, profile photo, bio details such as category tags, and — critically — the city, state, or country the creator has chosen to display. We also list locations that creators submit to us directly.
- Location data is self-reported and city-level only. We never display, collect, or hold precise addresses, coordinates of a person, or real-time whereabouts.
- Location on OnlyLocate is self-declared — never inferred. We do not track creators, scrape private or paywalled data, or use IP geolocation, EXIF metadata from photos, or any other inference technique to determine where a creator actually is. Every pin reflects exactly what the creator entered.
- When a creator submits their profile to us by email, we collect their OnlyFans URL, the city they want displayed, and verification that they own the account. Only the city is ever shared publicly.
- Creators are never notified of searches or profile views, and we do not share visitor information with creators.
If you are a creator and want your listing updated or removed, email hello@onlylocate.co and we will action your request promptly. Removal requests can also be made via our contact page or under our DMCA policy.
3. How we use information
We use the information described above to:
- provide, operate, and improve the Site;
- centre the map on your area when you ask us to, and return search results for the locations you look up;
- respond to enquiries, submissions, and removal requests;
- maintain the security of the Site and prevent fraud, abuse, and scraping; and
- comply with legal obligations.
Where laws such as the EU/UK GDPR apply, we rely on our legitimate interests in operating a public search service, your consent (for example, when you share your device location), and compliance with legal obligations as our bases for processing.
4. Third-party services
Mapbox.The interactive map and location search are powered by Mapbox. When you use the map or type a place into the search bar, your browser communicates directly with Mapbox’s servers to load map imagery and geocode place names, which means Mapbox receives your IP address and the place names you search, as any web server does. This is standard for embedded maps and is governed by the Mapbox privacy policy.
Hosting and infrastructure. We use reputable hosting providers to serve the Site; they process technical data such as IP addresses on our behalf as described in the server logs section above.
Links to other sites.Listings link out to OnlyFans.com and creators’ own pages. Once you leave the Site, the privacy policy of the site you visit applies. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites.
5. When we share information
We do not sell personal information, and we have not sold or shared personal information for advertising purposes. We disclose information only:
- to service providers (such as hosting and email providers) who process it on our behalf under appropriate protections;
- when required by law, such as in response to a court order, subpoena, or other valid legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of any person;
- in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case this policy will continue to apply to the transferred information.
6. How long we keep information
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy. Server logs are retained for a limited period for security and operations and then deleted or anonymised. Correspondence is kept as long as needed to handle your request and for our records. Creator listings remain in the index until the creator removes their location from their OnlyFans profile or asks us to remove them, at which point the listing is taken down.
7. How we keep information safe
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the information we process. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Minors
The Site is intended for adults only and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a person under 18 has provided us with personal information, contact us at hello@onlylocate.co and we will delete it.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. These rights apply to visitors and creators alike — including a creator’s right to have their listing deleted.
To exercise any of these rights, email hello@onlylocate.co. We may need to verify your identity (for creators, typically by confirming control of the OnlyFans account in question) before acting on a request, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law — in any case within 30 days. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom and believe we are processing your personal information unlawfully, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
California residents. The California Consumer Privacy Act gives California residents specific rights, including the right to know what categories of personal information we collect (described in sections 1 and 2 above), the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA and have not done so in the preceding 12 months. You may designate an authorised agent to make a request on your behalf; we may deny a request from an agent who does not submit proof of valid authorisation.
10. Do Not Track
Because we do not track visitors across websites, there is nothing for a Do-Not-Track signal to disable — the Site behaves the same way whether or not your browser sends one.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by a revised “Last updated” date and takes effect as soon as it is posted. If we make material changes, we will post a prominent notice on the Site.
